Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Lots of space with sleeping for 9, well equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, close walking trail, nice terrace, and nearby food options and shopping. Nice to have 3 toilets and 2 showers for a large group. Also hundreds of old books to choose from if you like to read in French. Lots of house character.
Negative: Except for the living room sofas, very old and uncomfortable furniture and beds. Bathrooms are extremely dated. Also on a busy street which made it hard to sleep before 11pm. Several items in the house are broken or not functional. Kitchen has so many pots, pans, plates, etc that it’s cluttered.
Summary: Good value, lots of space, but needs updating
