Ranch on terrain of 156,500 meters2, located 2.5km from the Lindoia Hydro-mineral Station and 10km from downtown Aguas de Lindoia with direct access to SP147 highway, marker Km 16 and with a single-storey house comfortably housing 12 people, with a beautiful 6x12 meter pool, kiosk, solarium, tables, benches and chairs and with a view of the lake with a trail for hiking and a belvedere overlooking Rio do Peixe River. The ranch is home to a few animals, among them milk cows, allowing for observation of milking, chickens and domestic pets. We also produce cheeses, mozzarella and butter and we supply milk. On the property there are two lakes where one can practice sport fishing and fishing is allowed to take place freely in Rio do Peixe River located at the far end of the lake.
