Plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars close and a short drive to Northbridge, Leederville and Subiaco restaurant/bar/cafe locations. The home is also ideally located within close proximity to public transport (100m), Perth's major medical facilities and the States Tertiary Medical Institutions (University affiliated hospitals), including Sir Charles Gardner Hospital, QEII, Hollywood Private Hospital, Perthโs Childrenโs Hospital, King Edward Memorial Womenโs Hospital and St John of Godโs Hospital.
