Plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars close and a short drive to Northbridge, Leederville and Subiaco restaurant/bar/cafe locations. The home is also ideally located within close proximity to public transport (100m), Perth's major medical facilities and the States Tertiary Medical Institutions (University affiliated hospitals), including Sir Charles Gardner Hospital, QEII, Hollywood Private Hospital, Perthโ€™s Childrenโ€™s Hospital, King Edward Memorial Womenโ€™s Hospital and St John of Godโ€™s Hospital.
Getting Around:

Summary: to have been purchased from a second hand shop . Minimal expenditure has been made in the property, which was reflected in 1 ) Rechargeable vacuum not working and replacement given would of been more suited for a dolls house 2) The fans/light didnโ€™t work in both rooms on arrival 3) The fly screen in bathroom was broken which allowed masses of wasps into the bathroom 4) The boiler ceased working meaning no hot water for nearly 2 days All the above reflective of minimal investment/ maintenance What made it worse was the rental costs were far in excess of the quality of the sad property Ideal for a very short stay any longer give it a very wide berth Best part was the free wine and saying goodbye
