Positive: A “Continental” Experience (If the Continent Is Confusion)
Negative: Booked the Lockway Hotel last minute for work — and it felt like they found out last minute too. Despite letting them know I’d be arriving late, I was rewarded with an extra charge for my punctual honesty. Breakfast was advertised as “continental,” which I now understand to mean “some bread and vibes.” If I’d wanted something cooked, I’d have had to pay extra — presumably to cover the emotional labour of turning on a toaster. I did, however, learn something valuable: if it’s OYO, don’t go. Wasn’t even going to leave a review, but after the fifth “Please tell us how we did!” email, here we are. So, here’s how you did: you inspired me to write a small novel out of mild disappointment.
Summary: Won’t stay again.
