The apartment is ideally suited for a couple and has been recently refurbished and redecorated, benefitting from a fully equipped kitchen with granite worktops and Bosch appliances (electric oven with ceramic hob, dishwasher, washer/drier, microwave and fridge/ freezer) The air-conditioned bedroom has a queen size bed, bedside cabinets, a large bespoke fitted wardrobe, ceiling fan and black-out curtains. The comfortable air-conditioned living room overlooks the pool and has a large sofa, comfortable lounge chair, coffee table, TV (cable TV), DVD player, CD player and ceiling fan. The dining area seats four and there are patio chairs, table and sunbeds for relaxing and dining outside. Fast broadband is available throughout the apartment. The property features a waterfall-fed communal pool and well kept tropical gardens. The delightful setting is at the end of Rockley New Road, a highly regarded peaceful residential cul-de-sac nestled behind Rockley golf course.
