Travel Purpose: business
Positive: Location was perfect for our stay. It was close to shopping and restaurants. Neighborhood was quiet too. Home was clean. Refrigerator had lots of room and filtered water.
Negative: We needed to by filters for the coffee pot. When we use the coffee maker, we had a mess of coffee on the counter. The coffee craft had a small chip in it which leaked. (I understand the pinhole was hard to find.) I was not sure how to let the owners know that the craft was not usable. We were not able to make our morning coffee. Also the Jacuzzi was not clean. The pool maintenance man just poured a bunch of chlorine in it on the 2nd day of our stay.
Summary: Comfortable for our needs.
