Condo includes: 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, service quarters with laundry room, Air Conditioner in each room, ceiling fans in each bedroom, flat-screen TV in the living room, Max occupancy 7 people. Top-quality materials and finishing. The cleaning lady included every other day!
Complex Includes 24/7 security gate and personnel, Two communal pools, kids pools, reception area, elevators, shaded pergola at the beach, pool bar (which also services the Beach area), free wi-fi internet.
No car needed, as the Condo complex is located close to all amenities. Within a 5 minute walk, you will find grocery stores, bakery, pharmacy, spas, bars, restaurants, shopping, and ATM machines. Punta Cana airport is only a 30-minute drive and transportation to and from the airport can be arranged!
Important: This is a family condominium - for security reasons no parties are allowed. and guests cannot invite other extra guests into the complex or condo. Electricity included up to usd 14 per night, any extra above that, the guest must pay.

Summary: Weโ€™ve done a lot of VRBOs and other vacation rentals but this was one of our best vacations in years. The condo was spotless, great views of the ocean, steps from the beach, and an incredibly responsive owner/manager who answered our texts in minutes. Comfy beds, great kitchen stocked with every appliance or utensil you would ever need or want, and roomy enough for six easily. To prove how much we liked it, weโ€™re planning to book another week in February 2026.
