Summary: We stayed in this residence for two months between Mid April to Mid-June. The booking and communication prior and during our stay was extremely easy and helpful. We were incredibly pleased with the residence, the amenities, and the location of the unit. The residence itself was well appointed with nice furnishings, the beds were comfortable, and it was stocked with nice linens and towels. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. A 2-minute walk to the La Jolla Shoes beach and a suitable selection of restaurants right outside your door. I can't say enough good things about the large outdoor patio with umbrellas and plenty of seating and there is a small view of the water from the side area of the patio. The unit also came with beach chairs, beach towels and a beach wagon. With this unit being centrally located near all the restaurants, the downside is the noise that comes with being near business operations. It's hard to tune out the sounds of garbage trucks dumping large trash bins in the early morning hours, but while this was a slight annoyance it did not override the benefits of staying at this residence and we would most definitely return!
