Private, comfortable, spacious, peaceful, and relaxing; You will enjoy the lush, luxurious landscape in this peaceful paradise, away from the crowds, yet close to many pristine beaches. This one acre estate is located in one of Kona's most desirable neighborhoods, four miles north of Kona village, at 900 ft elevation where the days are 10 degrees cooler than the coast and the humidity is far more comfortable. You can open your windows all year long and enjoy the breezes. You'll love the spaciousness of the 1 acre lot with no neighbors in sight and the 180 degree view of the Ocean will take your breath away.
1000 feet is the best elevation for many of the delicious, exotic fruits growing here and also allows for great coastline and ocean views.
I live quietly upstairs and stay invisible unless you want us.
