Bridges to the Sea is a lovely 3BR, 2BA cottage, conveniently located in Maravilla Resort, just across the street from beautiful Miramar Beach. This cottage is in a quiet cul-de-sac with a large back deck for enjoying the beautiful night breeze and warm sunny days! The cottage features a spacious living area with vaulted ceilings in the Great Room. Indulge your inner chef in the sleek kitchen, configured with ample counter space, top-quality appliances, and plenty of cookware. Families with children or seniors will enjoy the ease of staying in a one-level property. The master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bath with dual vanities, a walk-in shower, and a deep jetted tub. This cottage sleeps 6 guests comfortably having a guest bedroom with a queen bed, and a second guest bedroom with two twin beds. The guest bathroom offers a combination tub/shower. If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Summary: The house Itself is great but the community the house is in definitely is not. You are not allowed golf cart rentals or really any rentals of anything other than cars. There is also a pretty significant walk from the designated parking area to the beach. The private beach does not allow any tents or coverings, you have to pay for the umbrellas they sell down at the beach if you want shade on the private beach. None of this is in the listing either. There is a golf cart in the house but it was later clarified that there is absolutely no usage of that golf cart allowed. There are strict rules all throughout Marivilla, at the pool there are also no umbrellas or any way to sit in shade. The house overall was great, it’s all of the extra hoops you have to jump through that makes it aggravating. Most of these unexpected costs really took the fun and enjoyment out of the vacation, it’s really probably worth staying somewhere else and just going to the public beach, at least on the public beach you can use tents and personal umbrellas, and park closer to the beach. In the house there is a binder with the rules of the house, this binder is not updated and some of the things mentioned are not Available anymore, for instance in the binder it says we were supposed to receive an umbrella that the owners already supplied on the beach and the house was no longer on the list to receive the umbrella. If you want to have fun consider somewhere else. This is not worth the price.
