The apartment is located in a well-kept residential area in a dead end. Approximately 3 km from the center and main beach away, with beautiful panoramic views over the adjacent mountains. From the Peรฑon de Ifach over the Sierra Bernia to the Sierra Aitana.
The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed, an equipped open kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a living room that has direct access to the terrace of 100 sqm2. The living room has a sofa bed for a third person. A private pool (10m long) with outdoor shower and barbecue area. There are various seating areas and sun loungers in the Mediterranean garden. Parking in front of the house.
