Note on Lawn Condition
Due to the extreme summer heat in Arizona, the heat has been especially harsh lately and unfortunately impacted the quality of our lawn. We plan to replant in September when temperatures are more suitable for new growth. In the meantime, we’ve applied a discounted rate to reflect this temporary inconvenience. Our neighbors are our friends! We love that we can share our home with our guests and ask that everyone abide by the quiet hours from 10pm-7am so that we can continue to serve our guests without disrupting our great neighborhood.
Additional Cleaning Fees:
Our standard cleaning fee covers routine cleaning between guest stays. However, if the home is left in an unusually dirty condition (e.g excessive trash, stained linens, damaged furniture, unwashed dishes throughout the home), an additional cleaning fee may be charged. We kindly ask guests to treat the property with respect and leave it in a reasonably tidy condition to avoid extra charges.

Local Ordinances
Local laws prohibit all parties, weddings, or events at short-term rentals.
If law enforcement is called due to a violation:
• Guest will be evicted immediately without refund
• Guest will be responsible for all city-imposed fines
• Guest will forfeit their security deposit
