There is a freshly remodeled great room, dining room, two roomy bedrooms, two baths with walk in showers and a quiet, private patio with a newer outdoor Grill, table and chairs.
There is a car port that is just steps away as well as parking in front of unit and guest parking.
This is a short-term rental with a minimum 30-day lease. It is currently available for stays of 30 days or more.
There is a short application that Laguna Woods requires, and it takes 10 days to process. The $170 HOA paperwork fee is already covered for you, giving you full access to all Laguna Woods amenities—including pools, fitness centers, golf, and more. This gives you membership privileges to all amenities & includes photo id cards. Additionally, for $25, you can get automatic gate access, thus avoiding guard. Please Note: Laguna Woods requires that at least one resident be 55 years of age or older. Also, as part of the HOA application, a separate short rental agreement is required.

Summary: The condo was recently renovated and is very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped and efficient. The condo has in-suite laundry and the showers are both walk-ins. The beds are very comfortable. The location is great. You can walk to the tennis courts and there are many grocery stores and restaurants just a short drive away. Laguna Woods Village is a beautiful development with amazing amenities and facilities. We used the tennis, pickleball, pool, pool table, table tennis and golf facilities and were very impressed.
