Located 3 minutes from local shops, 20 minutes from Nice, its airport and the beaches. The villa is 10 minutes from the picturesque and famous villages of St-Jeannet, St-Paul de Vence, Tourettes sur Loup, etc. 35 minutes from Monaco and 35 km from the first ski resort. You will be able to visit the riches of the Nice region, its picturesque villages, its beaches, its hinterland, its gorges, and its valleys, etc. The villa has 4 bedrooms, one of which is on the mezzanine. 2 bedrooms with double beds, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds, 1 baby bed and 1 convertible sofa in the living room. 2 bedrooms have a separate shower and sink.
