Summary: Nice and friendly staff. English communication is possible with a translator app, otherwise there is no possibility to speak or communicate with the staff but that’s pretty normal in Korea. The top Itself is very cozy and traditional. It’s clean and you got yourself a little balcony. At our stay there was only cold water for the shower. The staff was friendly and kept care for our luggage after the checkout so we can visit the tea farm with enough time. Can definitely recommend this place to tourists.
