Summary: The accommodation was fine. The owners had obviously worked hard to refurbish it and it all looked smart and modern. It was clean and well-equipped and served our purposes. Within easy walking distance were convenience stores and a large Witherspoon’s pub providing good meals. Bulwell itself is a bit run down but does have good transport links into Nottingham including a modern tram service.
