After enjoying a leisurely espresso on your balcony, head down to the newly renovated courtyard, where you can break your fast around the meditation pond. Schedule a massage at the on-site spa overlooking the pools and beach. After getting those knots worked out, grab a plush lounger and go for a plunge in one (or all!) of the three temperature controlled pools. Lunch poolside or venture over to the Grill for an oceanfront dining experience. Need a break from the sun? Check out an art exhibit at the Bass or some retail therapy along Collins Avenue or the Lincoln Road Mall. Whether you are here to withdraw from the hectic pace of your everyday life, or you simply need that oasis between adventures, this is the place to be.

GUEST SERVICES:
Our private concierge will be on-premises to assist our guests with arrivals and departures. They are at your disposal to fulfill a multitude of requests, including: private chef, maid service, groceries, yacht charters, private tours, tickets to events, dining reservations, or any other special request you may have.
GETTING AROUND:
The property is centrally located in the heart of Miami Beach. You will be within walking distance to the famed Lincoln Road, as well as plenty of shopping, restaurant options, from local diners and cafes to fine dining by renowned chefs. Transportation options include: biking, taxi, public transportation and Uber/Lyft.
OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:
• Valet parking is available at the regular hotel valet rate.
• Pets: We follow the hotel's rules regarding pets. Dogs are subject to approval. If permitted, there will be a non-refundable $200 fee per dog, per stay, and an additional refundable pet deposit is required. No other pet type is allowed. Residence owners retain the right of refusal. Please inquire with your LRMB Travel Advisor before booking to obtain prior approval.
• Traveler is renting a privately-owned residence that is not owned, operated, or otherwise endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with the primary hotel operator.
• Housekeeping services are not included in the room rate and are provided by and paid directly to the hotel. Departure cleaning will be charged a day after check-out at a rate of $100 per hour with a three-hour minimum + tax. The number of hours will be determined by the condition of the unit and is at the sole discretion of Setai Resort and Residences
• Bookings of 6 nights or longer will require a mid-week clean every 6 days to maintain the quality of the residence. It includes cleaning, fresh towels, and bedding change. The funds will be collected after the booking has been made.
• We will require your signature of the terms and conditions and a copy of your identification card to be submitted within 24 hours of this booking. LRMB reserves the right to cancel this reservation without notice if the required signatures and ID card are not submitted within 24 hours of this booking.
• We highly recommend purchasing the travel insurance offered at a rate of 6.95% of the total rental cost so you are covered for any unforeseen circumstances.
• Late Checkout that is not approved by management will be charged at the rate of $50 per hour, per bedroom. Checkout is 11AM.
