Escape to a remote tropical island paradise that can only be accessed by ferry, private boat or small private airplane. Our home includes all the luxuries including a large heated private pool,with spacious pool deck. The best views are from the top level observation room with exterior deck that overlooks the Gulf and extraordinary sunsets. This room, with a full bed, also doubles as a 4th bedroom if needed.
One floor below the observation room, you will enjoy a tastefully decorated open living area complete with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and full bath. A screened balcony extends the living space outdoors to take advantage of the beautiful natural scenery and tropical island atmosphere.
The master bedroom with a king bed, and master bath are located one floor below the main level. Two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds, as well as a third full bath are also located on this level.
Only steps to miles of beach with no crowds or cars! 1 - 4 person Golf cart, 2 one person kayaks, one 2 person kayak beach chairs, umbrellas, 7 bikes and 2 barbecues complete your island getaway experience. Enjoy Glorious sunrise and sunsets that will be a favorite lasting memory for future years to come. Fly your private plane in and walk to the property with landing and tie-down privileges. Bring your poles and fish off the beach, or bring your own boat or charter some of the best inshore and deep sea fishing in the country.
