• No Worries Atoll is a stunning 3,300 square foot pool home. $1.5 million extensive renovations completed 3/2025, making this virtually a brand new home. 7-bedrooms, 6-bathrooms, water views, and 1-minute golf cart ride or 4-minute walk to the beach. Property comes with club access option, which includes 2 club pools, hot tub, basketball, kayaks, bikes, and paddle boards. Home has a deck off the main living area with water views, and a ground floor 1300’ entertainment deck for family game night. The home is incredibly comfortable and spacious for large groups, with high ceilings, a dining room that seats 13, and a gourmet kitchen. 4 king suites, 2 queen rooms, and kids room, so everyone feels like they got the best room. The property has been professionally landscaped and maintained for ultimate privacy and tropical setting. This Key West style home with its grand double staircase entrance has glass doors and huge windows throughout, and decks that wrap around the house on 2 floors. A new 27 x 12 heated, salt water, screened pool and deck-more pics to come soon! 2 golf carts are included with your stay. Additional carts are available for rent and are required for larger groups. You are met at North Captiva docks by our property management crew, which will provide white glove service by handling and transporting all your bags while you are taken on a brief tour of the island and get checked in. Picture old Florida living on a paradise island with no cars, crowds, high rises, or streetlights. Beaches everywhere and only battery golf carts and bikes explore the sandy palm tree lined roads. You are within walking distance to the most pristine white sugar sand beaches in the world, some are completely private and untouched in a 350-acre wildlife nature preserve. Watch a family of manatees (babies!) from the nearby docks. See dolphins playing, island tortoises, various water birds, and other island birds up close in their natural habitat. Summary: Loved the location. The house was nice. The representatives of the property management company were pretty great too. I had extended my stay right before the news hurricane Ian was confirmed and we were evacuated. I asked to just get those extra days back since they were a last minute add-on. The owner said “that’s what insurance is for”. I filed a claim with the insurance company and they wouldn’t payout, so insurance was a waste. One of the people who came with me had a service dog (not an emotional support dog). My career is in the field of disabilities and I choose to book accommodations through VRBO due to their policy on Service Animals. I was very disappointed in the attitude of the owner and her trying to not hold up to the policy. As much as I loved the location and house, etc. I would never stay with this owner again due to her disregard for individuals with disabilities. I was very disappointed there are still people in this world that discriminate based on disability.
