Summary: This parador is truly a gem. It has been fully restored while preserving its charming, historic ambiance. The rooms are comfortable, and ours even featured a small balcony where we enjoyed the sunset alongside a glass of local red wine. The location is ideal—just 2.5 km from the town of Cangas de Onís and nestled at the base of the Picos de Europa National Park. Both are must-visit destinations. Cangas de Onís is a delightful town filled with boutique shops, cozy cafes, and excellent restaurants, as well as numerous cultural landmarks. Meanwhile, the Picos de Europa National Park offers breathtaking natural beauty that is nothing short of spectacular.
