Note: There are steps up to the property and in the garden and the beach access is down a steep path so this property would not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Shop 0.2 miles, pub 0.2 miles. NOTE: There are steps up to the property and in the garden. NOTE: Children must be accompanied and watched over due to the unfenced headland.
NOTE: The door to the semi-circular balcony can be opened for fresh air but the balcony is not to be used for safety reasons.
NOTE: The open fire and Aga are available from Mid-October to Easter. The AGA can be very HOT so care needs to be taken and young children supervised.
