Summary: Nice location in a nice green environment very close to the seaside. Good kitchen with all essentials provided. The wind blows through the windows and one window can not be closed and stays open all the time. A working vacuum cleaner would be an essential addition to the cleaning equipment. Broken table in sitting area should be repaired or replaced. No fire escape.
