Lake Lily Pad is the sweetest spot for your family getaway. This Lakehouse is located on a small private lake back on a dirt road. There are a few neighbors around this property but you will rarely (if ever) see them.

This is a cute but small Lake house that is the perfect size for any getaway.
The Lake house is a peaceful, private, relaxing space that will allow you to make so many fun memories with you loved ones. You can swim, fish, kayak, star gaze, sit in the hot tub, play out door games, sit around the camp fire, explore the nearby Salt Springs State Park (Waterfalls), and shop in quaint Tunkhannock or Montrose and/or just sit on the deck and relax.

MAIN FLOOR:
-Kitchen (stocked w/ all the basics you need to make a meal)

-Full Bathroom
SECOND FLOOR:
-Bedroom #1 and what we like to call our "loft space". This bedroom does not have 4 complete walls, but instead overlooks the living room area. This room has a King bed, it's spacious and beautifully decorated to make it feel like your at home.
DECK:
We have a beautiful big deck that overlooks the lake and allows for breathtaking sunsets while relaxing in the hot tub or outdoor furniture with your favorite beverage in hand.
YARD:
The outdoor yard is huge and there's plenty of room for kids to run and play. We have a beautiful campfire space overlooking the lake, Outdoor shower and Kayaks, outdoor yard games, marshmallow sticks, etc located in the shed on the property.
You will have access to the entire property except for the small closet underneath the steps that lead to the second floor. This is the owners property please do not open it.

**Cellphone service is not very good at the Lakehouse, but we do have Wi-fi for our guests to use, but it doesn't have the strongest signal.
**This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.
**Any items left at the home can be shipped, but we require a $25 fee in addition to the cost of shipping.
