The Space
Rivendell Lodge is the holiday home you’ve always dreamed of! Situated in a natural bush setting, looking down toward the valley, Rivendell Lodge is secluded and private, it is 300m2 and is ideal for a family getaway. Enjoy the winter sun for a luxurious getaway, or come to enjoy the vibrant Margaret River summer. Rivendell Lodge sleeps up to 12 people and is ideally suited for more than one family. There is a Tennis court onsite and the Lodge has a full size pool table in the 100m2 lounge area
Rivendell Lodge is a classic designed, log timber country cottage. Double storied and built around a massive living space. Designed to make the most of the views; and located with easy access to bush walk trails. Walking distance to the tennis court, and boasting a cellar door on site. Plus it’s minutes from the heart of Dunsborough, Yallingup and a 30 min drive to Margaret River.
A large yard leads into the bush – immerse yourself in Australian wildlife with trees for miles, and friendly kangaroos, kookaburras and possums right on your doorstep.
Other Things to Note
Bedrooms: Rivendell Lodge has five bedrooms and two bathrooms, with three toilets. Three bedrooms upstairs each have queen size beds, and large windows take in the breathtaking views of the natural bush setting. A balcony off the master bedroom overlooks the valley and down to the creek. Downstairs, the fourth bedroom has King bed and single bed, and the fifth bedroom has a queen bed and a single bed. The Lodge has gas hot water system, and both bathrooms are tastefully decorated. Home has laundry with washer and dryer. All bedrooms have split system airconditioning
There is also a cot and a high-chair available and all Linen is supplied.
Living spaces: Rivendell Lodge is built around a massive living space, sized over 100sqm and incorporating high ceilings and natural slate floors. The newly renovated kitchen features a 900mm oven – perfect for cooking for large groups – and dishwasher; and overlooks the outdoor living area. Living room features huge dining setting and ample seating; TV, DVD player and games are available. There is also a pool table. A slow combustion fire warms the space in winter, and ducted air-conditioning creates a tranquil atmosphere for summer.
Outdoors: Patio area features seating, outdoor lounge and barbecue.

Rivendell Lodge is located in the Rivendell estate featuring beautiful gardens, a cellar door, a tennis court and idyllic walk trails. Rivendell Lodge is only an 8 minute drive away from the stunning Smiths beach and a short drive to the Dunsborough town centre. Right in the heart of the famous Margaret River wine region. Next door to Aravina, Deep Woods wines, Forester wines, Wild Hop Brewery, Commonage coffee, Little Fish restaurant (Amazing) Wills Domain, Not far from Simmos’ ice-cream. The estate also has its own resident family of kangaroos that you can see when you go for evening walks.
