PERFECTION
This little piece of heaven was absolutely wonderful. From the minute we walked in the door - when music started playing from the TV!! - to the minute we left - everything was perfect. Diana was a dream to communicate with and made sure we had all the information we needed prior to our stay. Not one detail was left untouched in this property! I've stayed in several VRBOs and this was by far the absolute best. Also the cleanest - everything was SPOTLESS. We will definitely be back!!!

THE SPACE:
When you open the door to our professionally designed cabin, your spirit is calmed. The soothing color palette and cozy furnishings will make you want to stay indefinitely. Enjoy the diffused lighting and the backdrop of huge pines behind the cabin through the wall of windows as you enter off the covered front porch, level to the ground with no steps from the circular gravel driveway. Roads are paved all the way to the cabin, so feel free to bring your sportiest ride!
Inside, you’ll find a large living area with designer furnishings, an open, modern kitchen and seating at the farmhouse table in the designated dining area. Just past the main area, you’ll love the bedroom (it’s a stunner), separate from the living area by a door - this is not just a one room studio. The bedroom has a King bed with luxury linens and high end memory foam mattress and French doors to the back deck/hot tub. There’s a separate door to the large, spa-like bathroom, complete with oversized tub, two person shower, his and hers spa robes, a separate toilet closet, Beekman 1802 soap, shampoo, and lotion, fluffy white spa towels, make up towels and wipes, and an eye mask for the sensitive sleeper.
Once you get settled in, you’ll find so many options. Relax on our Pottery Barn sofa and listen to one of our vinyl albums on our throw-back record player (or connect the Bluetooth to your own playlist), or curl up in one of our comfy chairs with a fuzzy blanket and one of our books. You could challenge your loved one with one of our many games, make a meal together in our chef’s kitchen, take the world’s longest soak in our spa tub, or nap in what’s been repeatedly called “the most comfortable mattress we have ever slept on” by our guests.
We didn’t forget about the exterior! The front porch offers oversized egg-chairs for people watching or enjoying your morning coffee. And the back porch... so many options. It’s the best seat in the house for the “show” each evening... the sunsets are a must-see from the back deck. Don’t be surprised if deer come by for a visit... it’s a common occurrence. Relax in the hot tub, watch TV by the outdoor fireplace (seasonal) in the outdoor seating, grill your favorite dish on our propane grill (propane and grill utensils are provided), take a selfie with our new fun wall mural, challenge your partner to a game of corn hole or ladder golf, enjoy the string lights and fire pit when the sun goes down (when drought conditions aren’t present), and don’t forget s’mores around the fire, under the most gorgeous starry sky you’ve ever seen. We are on an oversized 1.3 acre corner lot, with lots of room to spread out and relax.
Also, and most importantly, you will receive 5-star service from beginning to end. We truly want every guest to have the best possible experience, whether this is your first visit to Broken Bow or if you come on a regular basis. We offer assistance with just about everything from recommendations and suggestions on where to go and what to do while in town, to helping plan for important events and helping to coordinate delivery of flowers, cakes, groceries, firewood, etc. Our approach is to treat guests even better than we would ever expect and to provide fun surprises along the way. You’ll have the owner’s contact information from day one, and if you have any questions with anything about our property, the area, or the best steak in town… just ask!

• Hand soap, fire starter, and starter amounts of toilet paper, paper towels, bath soap, shampoo/conditioner, trash bags, coffee/filters/k-cups/sweetener/creamers, and laundry and dish pods
• Kitchen stocked with everything you need - Various spices, drip coffee pot & Keurig, French press, s’mores skewers, many pots and pans, cake pans, pizza pan, cookie sheets, cutting boards, all dishes/flatware/cups/mugs, blender, toaster, various mixing and serving bowls, apron, kitchen towels, utensils, and many other convenience items
• Laundry Room with full size washer/dryer, laundry basket and iron + ironing board
• Large assortment of indoor games and activities, many books for easy reading and a vintage vinyl record player with several records
• Charging station for various phones/devices

• Outdoor cameras for property protection and to help enforce our no pets/no parties policies, at the entrances. There is a camera at the front entrance facing the porch and driveway and a camera at the back stairs. No cameras are in private guest areas.

• SMOKING PROHIBITED - no smoking, vaping, piping, or drugs of any kind are permitted inside the cabin.
• FIREWORKS PROHIBITED
• Fireplaces are turned off May-September
Don’t forget these items when you come to visit:
* Towels for the lake
* Sunscreen and bug spray
* Cooler for excess waters/cokes, etc so as to not overload the refrigerator when arriving, also for lake use
* All groceries – don’t forget s’mores and condiments
* Swimsuit, goggles, beach chairs, beach toys, cooler, beach bag
* Travel cups/tupperware for lake
* Phone chargers (we do offer a charging station, however some guests prefer individual chargers in their bedrooms as well)
* Plastic bags for wet clothes
* Ziplock bags for phones for when you are on the lake
* Beach umbrella/tent/canopy if needed
* Back-up plan for rain days. We get a lot of pop-up showers or storms so you may want an umbrella, tennis shoes, or favorite game (though we have several!)
* Water shoes, hiking shoes/boots, and if raining, rain boots
* Duraflame logs if you think you’ll need fire-making help
*Note: Like most cabins in the area, our cabin has two security cameras located at the front and back entrance. They are pointing solely at the entrances and they are not regularly monitored during your stay. They are used for protection of our property and guests and are for making sure our pet-free and no-parties policies are being adhered to.
*Ours is a NO SMOKING, PET FREE cabin. No exceptions. For the comfort of all guests, please choose another cabin for your stay if either of these are imperative to your stay.
We STRONGLY recommend purchasing the Travel Protection Plan through VRBO. With the constant uncertainty surrounding the travel industry, it’s a small price to pay to protect the costs of your trip should you or someone in your party become unable to travel. We adhere to our cancellation policies outlined here and in our rental agreement, which we require to be signed and returned.
