Within 10 min walking distance is a public park, a swimming pool, several hiking & mountain biking trails, many restaurants & grottos offering traditional Ticino specialities. A 15 minute drive takes you to Locarno, town of International Film Festival (in August), Ascona, & Cannobio (Italy) which has beautiful promenades, gardens, boutiques/shops along the lake & the old town, nice gardens & colourful open air shopping, & Boat to Island of Brissago.

Within walking distance you’ll find a public park & a swimming pool for children, hiking trails for everyone, trails for mountain biking, & several restaurants with local specialities. The Village of Ronco sopra Acsona (20 min walk from studio), offers several restaurants around its church. Within ten minutes of walking distance from the apartment are several grotto’s in Arcegno offering traditional Ticino specialities.
