So you can do in the day with an early start which is always advisable, all the remarkable sites of Reunion: Cilaos, Salazie, the Piton de la Fournaise volcano, the wild south, the Roads Plains and even a ride from the island. In return, why not, a small hole water stop for a swim in the calm waters of the lagoon with the sunset in the offing. That's Reunion, the mountain and the sea in the same day.

Breakfast is a moment of health and abundance, with a selection of the best seasonal fruit including the delicious pineapple Victoria, carefully chosen to Farmers Market, prepared juice and salad with bread and pastries freshly out of oven of our baker friend, Bread rubbed.
Jean-David offers tasting (with or without cooking classes) of a traditional Creole meal. Simply prevent the day before, JD will organize this. It's delicious, it's authentic, it's hearty and it will cost you 28 € per person without wine but with ti'punch and rum.
If you fall for the Nana Kaz Sakifo, you should know that there is an animal on the spot, called the Jack, French bulldog, professional comic, who spends most of his time snoring upstairs. Another point, capital one, to really enjoy the Nana Kaz Sakifo and Reunion in general, rent a car, it is essential. Taxis are as rare as the snow on the summit of the eponymous Piton and public transport, binding and random.
