Positive: The location is perfect near beautiful sandy beach. The apartment is spacious but needs a lot of update. Beautiful art in apartment.
Negative: Furniture, including inside dresser and wardrobe, needed much cleaning. Bad smell from bathroom. At first the extra payment for bedsheet was confusing. All of these shortcomings can be easily eliminated for next season in 2026.
