Summary: I chose this place for the free parking which was good, the number of beds, and the laundry facility. Both coin op washing machines were broken on the property. We could use the ones across the street but there was high demand since our were broken. One receptionist gave me a hard time an out charging my room to get $2 in quarters. She told me they couldnโ€™t charge me to give me the quarters. So I asked that she just give me two dollars in quarters to offset the inconvenience of the broken machines. She slapped them on the counter. Then, a day later they changed my credit card $2. Fine but they either shouldnโ€™t have given me a hard time about it or not charged me. The penthouse is a really weird space with minimal furniture. The kitchenette has no microwave - fine. Itโ€™s not listed. There are ac units in the bedrooms only. Also, according to our hotels.com booking, we should have received a bottle of wine - we did not. If I were to return to San Juan, I would choose a different place.
