Spacious 3 bedroom cottage with wide west facing beach on beautiful Sand Lake. Lots of room to walk around this large lakefront property with all day sun. Central air conditioning and high efficiency furnace keeps the cottage interior as you like it plus there is a cozy wood burning stove. There is a large dining room and west facing Muskoka room to watch sunsets. The firepit is located by the waterfront.
The cottage is located on HWY 518 so there is no dirt road access requirement.
WIFI is included.

Summary: Amazing property and cottage!! The hosts were gracious and amazing people. They were helpful with all our questions. The private dock and shallow waters of Sand Lake is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Kearney is a lovely little town. Canโ€™t wait to visit again :)
