The best part may simply be sitting on the deck and watching the world go by — dogs running on the sand, waves rolling in, and nothing but time ahead.
The Space:
- Sleeps up to 9 guests
- 4 bedrooms: 1 King bed, 3 Queen beds, 1 Twin.
- 3 bedrooms upstairs have Queen beds & are joined by a Jack n Jill bathroom. Note: 1 of the 3 bedrooms upstairs is a smaller room (w/ own door) inside one of the larger bedrooms.
- The 2 larger bedrooms upstairs have Smart TV & all 3 have an ocean view!
- The 4th bedroom offers a King Bed and a Twin with private entry to the spacious back yard, bathroom w/ shower, and Smart TV.
- WIFI throughout home.
- Fully stocked kitchen w/ drip coffee maker
- Kitchen, Dining, & Family Room all have stunning beach and ocean views.
- Dining area offers seating for 6 plus 2 stools at the kitchen counter, bistro table for 2 more on outside deck.
- The Family Room has a Duraflame fireplace and Smart TV. (wood not provided)
- Washer and dryer are in 3rd full bathroom on main level.
- The fenced back yard has outdoor seating, Weber BBQ and hot tub for your enjoyment amongst beautiful Cypress trees.
- The kitchen, dining and family room, King bedroom, 2 bathrooms and laundry area are on the 1st level.
- Parking for 3 cars (2 in driveway, 1 in single car garage).
- Corcoran Beach is just a quick 2-minute walk away! Simply head to the end of the road and access the sand from East Cliff. Please note, there isn't direct beach access from in front of the house (keeps the homes more private).
-The lagoon across East Cliff attracts seasonal migratory birds, offering a unique bird watching opportunity.
- If heading to the Boardwalk, the bridge is undergoing work at moment must take detour.
Note:
- No gatherings or parties allowed (strictly enforced). We are very respectful of our neighbors.
- NO PETS
- We have landscapers, pest service, hot tub and other property maintenance done on a weekly basis, some biweekly. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed.
- We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc).

Summary: Location is amazing as the house overlooks nice beach with areas for surfers and swimmers. The area is not crowded as there is limited parking in the area. We’ve had plenty of space even for volleyball net. The house was recently remodeled to a very high standard. We’ve enjoyed all recent updates as one of the first guests. However the best part is the sound of the big waves breaking at night as you sleep with open windows. I have trouble sleeping at home and I really caught up on sleep during my stay, this was priceless.
