This Scottsdale Home is all about location, centrally located at the pulse of North Scottsdale, minutes from Kierland Golf Course, The TPC, Kierland Commons and The Scottsdale Quarter shopping and fine dining. Safeway, Fryโs food, Walgreens, Einstein Bagels, 2 Urgent cares as well as restaurants and all your shopping needs are a quick 10 minute walk away! Mayo Hospital and Clinic is a quick 10 minute drive. Conveniently located between 2 major Highways making the Downtown Scottsdale, and Phoenix fun a mere 20 minute drive away. The Scottsdale Airpark is a convenient 2 miles from the home. A Shuttle runs from this area to Downtown Scottsdale as well. This is prime location for a vacationer wishing to enjoy and experience the beautiful city of Scottsdale.
THE HOME:
The Home is single story split floor plan home with 4 bedrooms, The Masters with itโs oversized King Size Pillow Top Bed and Grand headboard and dresser will make you feel like the King & Queen you are here to be! A huge walk in closet will accommodate your clothing needs. There's a fold away ironing board & iron in the masters bedroom walk in closet as well to quick press those suitcase wrinkled collars too! There is a 32" flat screen television and a door to the pool area. The remaining 3 bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the home with a sitting area in one bedroom. Cable television including HBO, Showtime and Starz is provided as well Netflix. Wifi is also provided throughout the house and yard area. Enjoy the 65โ flat screen HDTV while relaxing in the overstuffed furniture, once youโre sitting you wonโt want to move! The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, bakeware, dishes, glassware and staples such as flour, sugar, coffee, spices, etc. so all you need are a few basics if you wish to enjoy a home cooked meal and if we donโt have it the store is 2 minutes away or a 10 minute walk if you wish to enjoy the Arizona sun! The linen closets are also stocked with towels and additional linens. There is also a Washer & Dryer for your use as well as laundry soap and dryer sheets.
The Home is locally owned and operated by a couple that work for the State of Arizona who are always looking for ways to improve the vacationers stay in their home. When you email or call you will speak directly to the owners anytime day or night, not an answering service or management company. Maps, and suggestions for fine dining and shopping, as well as local medical needs such as Urgent Care and Hospital information and local groceries and pharmacy within a ten minute walk just down the street are included. We live a short 2 miles away, and happily offer personalized service and meet guests upon arrival for check-in.
