Located a 5 minute walk away from the beach, come "Seadrift Away" at your next dream vacation home! This gorgeous 4 bedroom, 3 bath beach house was constructed in 2023 and comes with all the modern amenities you could hope for, including a full kitchen, spacious dining room, laundry room, and even an outdoor covered bar to have a drink and relax after a long day at the beach.
There is parking for up to 6 cars and free Wi-Fi. Furry friends are welcome!
The space
This brand new cozy beach house has tons of natural lighting and an open floor plan that is perfect for entertaining groups or even just having a relaxing get-a-way!
Below the house there is ample parking for up to six vehicles. After a beach day you can wash off at the private outdoor shower or foot wash and relax at the brand new custom built outdoor bar and use the provided charcoal grill. There is also a fenced in back yard for your pet(s).
Walking up the stairs to the second floor brings you to the house that includes a living area, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a laundry room, two bedrooms with full private bathrooms, and two add additional bedrooms. A third full bathroom is available to use for all guests. The deck also has seating available to enjoy a morning cup of coffee.
Every bedroom is equipped with a queen bed and Fire TV. Every full bathroom has both a tub and a shower. Enjoy complimentary toiletry sets and hair dryers on us!
Guest access
Parking underneath the house is sufficient to accommodate up to six vehicles with enough clearance for large trucks. Please do not park on the street.
An electronic lockbox provides easy check-in and out.
The garage has some folding tables and chairs to use while hanging out at the outdoor bar or grilling. Please return to garage after using.
Other things to note
All televisions are โSmartโ and can be connected to the internet to watch Netflix, YouTube TV, HULU, etc. Guests to provide app login information.
Pets are allowed. An additional cleaning fee of $100 will be added per stay to ensure all pet hair is removed prior to our next guest.
Beach towels are included but feel free to bring your own. Please return after using.
Please make sure to clean the grill after use, depositing all spent charcoal in a garbage bag.
All trash must be placed in the two black bins at the front of the house. No loose trash is allowed; all must be bagged. Trash left outside of bins will be assessed an additional cleaning fee.
Please treat the home as if it were your own. When removing items from the house or garage, please place them back as you found the property upon arrival. Any questions at all, please contact us!
Finally, we want you to be aware there are cameras located on the outside of the property for security.
