From the living room there is direct access to the house's south-facing terrace. The living room has a TV with Chromecast. There are various games and in the shed various outdoor games. The kitchen is well equipped with ceramic hobs, convection oven, extractor hood, refrigerator with 120 l freezer and microwave. From the kitchen there is direct access to the west-facing terrace with garden furniture, parasol and 1 pellet grill. There are two high chairs and 2 cots. There is underfloor heating throughout the house. A petanque court has been built on the plot. To the south is a large open/slightly covered wooden terrace, with an impressive view. There is a fire pit in the garden. The plot also borders a large open area, which extends all the way down to the water.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date.
