Positive: There was an air conditioner leak in the ceiling we saw the night we arrived. Someone came to inspect it, has someone there to repair it, and housekeeping to clean up. The house made you feel comfortable.
Negative: The only access to the backyard was through the master bedroom. There was a small path between the houses to get to a gate but it was partially blocked and not well lit.
Summary: I would stay there again.
