Sunlight floods the expansive interiors, featuring rich luxurious finishes, a separate office, a freestanding soaking tub, and a designer chef’s kitchen with a custom dining table for ten or more.
Private and tranquil four bedroom, four and one half bath tucked away in an acre of beautiful wooded area just 5 minutes from EH Village. This spacious, +/- 2500 sqft, sun-drenched home has been recently renovated and artfully styled to include a freestanding soaking bath, en suite restrooms in all guest rooms, hardwood floors, and a high-end, contemporary kitchen addition that is every chef`s dream. Outside includes a massive free form pool, outdoor shower room with sprawling hardscape patios and extensive landscaping. All areas are for guests.

In an ideal location, equidistant to East Hampton Village and Ocean Beaches - just a five minute drive! Walkable and bikeable (there are two adult bikes and two children`s bikes on the property for you to use).
