While Luna Park is directly opposite, the apartment is situated at the rear of the building, ensuring a quieter and more peaceful experience. Hereโs a little more about the space:

Ensure you don't overload the dryer and $1 is sufficient for most loads. A clothesline and pegs are also available for communal use.
Parking is available for one vehicle at the front of the building on the far left. Please ensure you leave enough space for garage doors to open and remain considerate of other residents.
