On the ground floor, you can enjoy a beautiful entrance with separate toilets, the dining room, the living room with two sofas and television and a beautiful modern fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, 4 induction burners, washer-dryer). A gallery/library with a view of the park serves the three bedrooms upstairs. They are all equipped with air conditioning, 1 bed 160x200 and 2 bunk beds 90x190. The first has a toilet, a sink and the others have a bathroom with a sink, a shower and a toilet. Enjoy the terrace with garden furniture, a ping-pong table and a barbecue. Household linen, end-of-stay cleaning, sheets, towels, heating and electricity included. Animal supplement (dog only): €20 per stay/dog (cat not accepted). Come and spend a pleasant stay, in a calm and relaxing setting, in the heart of the Périgord. A private swimming pool is at your disposal (unheated pool, salt, size 5mx10m, depth 1.10m to 1.40m, roller shutter, open from mid-April to mid-October). You will appreciate the charm of this beautiful 19th century residence completely renovated in a large wooded park. A plot of 400 hectares of causse and woods is located 500m from the property where you can go on many hikes and follow a Landart trail and a dry stone hut trail. Many tourist sites to visit in the surrounding area such as Brantôme (The Venice of Périgord), St Jean-de-Côle classified among "The most beautiful villages of France" but also Périgueux (City of Art and History) or the Château de Hautefort and its famous gardens...
