Very spacious home! Excellent for families on vacation, right on the Sea of Cortez and a short distance from the pier in San Felipe. Long stretch of flat beach to walk, play, sunbathe or launch your kayak! Great location with access to fishing, dining and other outdoor activities. View from the upper deck is breathtaking! Back Master bedroom has 1 queen and 2 twins and access to a private side deck. Front Master bedroom has 1 queen, adjoining bath and bedroom with bunk beds plus a twin. Twin bed in another room downstairs. Lots of room to stretch out! Indoor pool is a welcome place to cool off out of the sun. Kitchen is well equipped with large refrigerator, dishwasher and electric stove. Newly updated High-Speed Internet! 2 Car Garage!

Summary: Worked great for 2 families, 4 adults and 6 kids ages 17-12 very secure, only issue was bathroom jacuzzi tub was out of service and there is no washer dryer so bring plenty of beach towels.
