Welcome to Villa Hermosa!
Our beautiful villa is a modern, newly renovated 4 bedroom / 2 bath home in a quaint beach town on the west coast of Puerto Rico. Throughout the villa you will see plenty of clean, open spaces and luxurious touches sprinkled everywhere including a gorgeous soaking tub. The outdoor spaces are perfect for relaxing while taking in the luscious greenery, the ocean views and the incredible sunsets.
- Completely private. All areas of the property are not shared with any other units or listings, so everything you see is yours to enjoy.
- The property consists of 2 stories. Upon entering the first level you have a large, open layout with a seating area, dining room and kitchen. Beyond the kitchen is a private master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The second level has 3 additional bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room with smart TV, and a wrap - around balcony. On the balcony, there are two seating areas decorated with some very rare palm tree plants.
- The primary bedroom and bedroom #2 (upstairs) have king beds. Bedroom #3 (Honeymoon suite) features a very dreamy queen bed and a soaking tub surrounded by an unique flower wall and romantic lighting. Robes are provided to complete the spa-like experience.
- Bedroom #4 sports two comfortable double beds and a desk / working space.
- Every room has its own A/C unit. Every bedroom, and every living room. For a total of 6 full sized A/C units, all independently controlled to maximize comfort.
- Every bed is equipped with high-quality, luxury bamboo pillows and pillow-top mattress that will ensure a comfortable night sleep.
- Each guest will be provided with an ultra-soft, highly absorbent towel. Please do not use white towels to remove makeup. There are dark face towels to wash your face.
- The outdoor space is perfect for enjoying the sunsets, taking pictures against the Puerto Rico flag mural, laying down in the very comfortable hammock, or firing up the grill for a quality home cooked meal.
- The villa is conveniently located in Aguada and a quick 2-minute drive to the beach where you will be greeted with an abundance of restaurants and bars. It is also centrally located to both Rincon (10 minutes) and Aguadilla (15 minutes). The airport is a 25 minute drive.
- The Villa is also equipped with a commercial grade 22kw Generator that has a automatic transfer switch that will ensure your vacation goes smoothly regardless of local weather and power outages. We also have a back up water cistern, with a commercial grade independent pump. (These are all backups to the local power & water grid)
- If you are lucky, you may catch a "caballero" show on a weekend near the beach.

Villa Hermosa is our personal vacation home throughout the year. We ask that you be gentle with our home and please abide by the house rules:
- No parties
- No smoking
- Parking for only 3 Vehicles
- Be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise (particularly outside) to a minimum after 10pm
- Be environmentally friendly and turn off the air conditioning units when not in the rooms. Please ensure all doors and windows are closed while on, and turn off before leaving.
