Ahoy mi Hearties yo ho! upon arrival to Grand Cayman you can arrange to be greeted by Sparrow himself you won't be confused or looking too hard for your navigator at the airport! you will say Blimey! No horse swaggling here !
Before you reach your SPARROWS LAIR you will drive through the beautiful district of George Town our financial Center where you can see if the day permits ships docked in the port, roosters or chickens running around town. We will make our way up through scenic South Church street and South Sound where you can view some iconic sites like Miss Lassy's house. Then Head to the countryside, beautiful Savannah and then Bodden Town the first Capital of the Cayman Islands. (Historic Bodden Town). Here you will go back in time 50 years, which is one of the reason we chose this beautiful district for our 3rd Airbnb. Visit caves in this district, you will see the guard house where they used to protect the Islands from the pirates. You will find beautiful architecture, old churches, local restaurants where the livelihood is from the provisions of the sea. Bars, art shops and museums all on the oceanside.
Once at SPARROW'S LAIR You will have everything you need, with Pieces of eight amenities. If you are not ready to relax at your on discretion take a ride on one of the bicycles we have provided you with and explore the town, or perhaps you want to grab one of your beach chairs and umbrellas and head down to the beach which is only a 5min walk across the road, here you can snorkel, kayak or paddle board. These are all included in your stay...please remember to pack your water shoes and sunscreen. Don't worry if you forget these, they can be bought on Island.
KITCHEN- located downstairs is fully equipped. We provide you with dish washing liquid, garbage bags, starter coffee, sugar and creamer. Dining for 8 guest.
LIVING ROOMS-located downstairs and upstairs is equipped with a sofa bed that sleeps two. 1 boast a 50 inch television.
Our bedrooms are numbered (345) like the area code.
BEDROOM 3 is the Master bedroom located upstairs. Has a walk in closet on suite bathroom two sinks a shower and a bathtub. a queen bed. A large sofa, tv and dresser. Extra linen is provided3 is located upstairs. Has a queen bed, closet, tv. and extra bed linen.
BEDROOM 4 located upstairs has a queen bed and walk in closet. tv dresser and extra bed linen.
BEDROOM 5 located upstairs has a queen bed and walk in closet. tv dresser and extra bed linen.
BATHROOM S - located upstairs. All bathrooms are fully equipped with extra beach and regular bath towels, toilet paper, starter wash soaps, hand soap. There is also a hair dryer and curling iron available.
Included in your stay we have provided you with beach chairs, 1 paddle boards, 1 kayak and life vest. 1 bicycles cruiser.
Step out into the back yard and enjoy all that the garden has to offer, from coconuts, green bananas, ackee, (SEASONAL) and Aloe plants, or just relax in the hammocks or chairs and enjoy the cool breeze from off the ocean.
