Welcome to Starbase, a tranquil waterfront home situated on a 10-acre lot on the Bay of Quinte.
Meticulously designed by architect Martin Liefhebber (2006), the exterior spaces were reinvented in 2021 by architect Brian OโBrian. A brand new professional pickleball half basketball court was added in 2023. This private 2000 sq ft home is spacious and ideally suited for gathering with family and friends.

5. cozy yet spacious fire pit area
6. professional pickleball half basketball court
Main Floor - kitchen, dining area, living area, along with the master bedroom
The 2nd floor - two bedrooms, each with a full 3-piece ensuite bathroom, a spacious breezeway, and access to the rooftop deck.

- 2 adult lifejackets and 2 kids (4-6 years) life jacket
- Assorted beach toys, soccer ball and goals, badminton rackets, pickleball and basketball equipments
