We're only 1 block to the Ocean and 2 blocks to downtown Manhattan Beach. 1 Block to basketball and Tennis courts. Beach accessories include, surfboard, chairs, towels, blankets, cooler etc... This also includes a garage space for 1 car and 2-3 shared parking spaces with the downstairs studio.
