Nestled on the ground floor of the building, this studio apartment was completely renovated in November 2025 and offers some great features, such as a small outdoor area, a spa bath, tasteful décor and an ideal location. You will have immediate access to the city of Rouen and its restaurants, shops, museums and iconic monuments, which are just a few steps away.
Located on the ground floor of a small secure building, this little gem of 17m² has been designed to combine comfort, modernity and serenity. The main room has a contemporary feel with its 140x190cm double bed and cosy sitting area with a small coffee table and television. The open-plan, fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, hob, Nespresso coffee machine with large capsules, toaster, kettle, washing machine and all kitchen essentials) allows you to prepare your meals with ease.
After a day of exploring, relax in the bathroom with its whirlpool bath and WC, a real moment of well-being in the city centre. Please note that the bathroom is optimised and access to the bath is reduced.
The accommodation has Wi-Fi, a television and ironing facilities. Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort.
Although the accommodation does not have private parking, the station district offers plenty of parking in the surrounding streets, at the rates in force in Rouen.
