We are happy new owner of Casa Clara, a charming villa with 4 bedrooms.
Located in the quiet area of Javea. Just a few minutes' drive from the Arenal beach, restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, the Villa is located on the prestigious La Cala development, adjacent to the green zone with beautiful pine trees.

The Villa is on the modern urbanization of La Cala and has mains water, gas, electricity, and sewerage, together with central heating for winter stays and air-conditioned bedrooms. Cable TV and WIFI. The villa has a 10 x 5-meter private pool.
The villa is furnished to a very high standard throughout. The Lounge has comfortable seating for 6, and entertainment is provided with cable TV.

The villa has a large driveway for at least 3 cars with an electric gate.
Access by an automatic gate to the drive and a secure pedestrian gate.

Changeover days may be flexible. Access on arrival is from 16:00 - 21:00 and we request the villa is vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure.
