The first floor features one bedroom suite with a king bed, living room, dining room, social bathroom and kitchen, while the second floor features two additional bedroom suites with 2 twin beds configurable as matrimonial and an addition twin bed that is a nest with a full size/thickness mattress, as well as a private terrace for sunbathing and a large splash pool. Brand new fully stocked stone kitchen with dishwasher and private laundry. This property has cold A/Cs, hot water, and High-Speed fiber Wi-Fi Internet. Stunning Villa is located inside Casa Del Santisimo, which is a small complex of 6 luxury villas in the best neighborhood of the Old Town, featuring 24/7 security, an additional shared plunge pool, and a large lush courtyard with tropical vegetation. The location could not be better or more beautiful - you will be in the middle of the action with all the best restaurants, bars, and shopping all around you.
