Stylish 1-bedroom, ground floor flat with access to communal garden from the bedroom. It is a converted flat in a Victorian building. Full of character, recently refurbished to a very high standard in a traditional Victorian style with sanded wooden floors throughout, restored panel doors, cast iron radiators. This unique place has a style all its own.

I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of ยฃ30.
Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!
Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time.
Late check-out requested in advance is available at ยฃ30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm.
Unauthorized late check out will be charged at ยฃ50 per hour.
Please don't move any furniture around the house, if you do, please move it back to where it was when you checked in.
If the furniture is not in the correct place after your check out, you would be charged 100 GBP.
