Summary: This place is super cute and nicely decorated. It looks just like pictures. It’s very clean! The kitchen has just the basics but pretty much all you need to eat takeout or put together a small quick meal. It also has a wine opener. The location is great. Easily walkable to all Florence has to offer and the good restaurants. 4th floor location but has a very nice elevator. The cons of this place are that while the flat is super cute, it’s not very functional. Bed pillows (one per person) were very soft feather type and squished into a flat pancake offering no support even folded in half. I only use soft pillows so this is me saying that these pillows need changing or a second pillow added. There are not enough places to hang towels—no place for a hand towel. They provide a washer which is really nice but there is no drying rack. No suitcase stands so suitcases open on floor. The freezer is badly in need of defrosting and all the ice is holding food odors in. This is more feedback for the owner than a reason not to rent here. It really is a lovely spot and we would stay again.
