Positive: The decor was very cute
Negative: The hot tub doesn’t get very hot AT ALL and then would just get cold and turn off. The couches are broken down terribly. There were no batteries to change the sleep number bed. The air conditioning would cool for a little while at night then reset to 70-72. We were so hot. We usually sleep at 66 degrees. Water pressure in Master shower was not good. No stocked spices. Usually air bnb’s have much more stuff. Unresponsive to messages. Had to message multiple times and call. Don’t want to spend time calling….
Summary: Our stay was a disappointing and while the house was cute, we would not rent it again or use this rental company.
