The furnished wraparound deck is a great place to enjoy the sunrise while you drink your coffee, or read a book while you feel the afternoon gulf breeze. With its cheerful decor and many windows with beach views, you will love the bright airy feeling of the home.
The living area offers comfortable seating and a TV with DVD player. Prepare your meals in the well-furnished kitchen, featuring a microwave, dishwasher, regular drip coffee pot, and all the cookware you need. The cute dining table is great for meals or games!
With over 1000 square feet, Surf Shak easily sleeps 8. Both bedrooms have king size beds, and the two queen sleeper sofas provide additional sleeping. This house is perfect for a small family. There is even a washer and dryer on the premises for your convenience as well as high speed internet.
Downstairs, you’ll enjoy cooking meals on the charcoal grill while sitting around the table visiting with family and friends.
The beach is just a short walk from the house when you use the private subdivision walkover. There is also an outdoor sand shower; convenient for rinsing off a day at the beach before you enjoy the house itself.
Two small dogs (up to 20 lbs) allowed with pet fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.

Summary: We picked this vacation home specifically because it had access to a swimming pool. But only after checking in and calling the management company did we find out the neighborhood pool is only available to homeowners, not vacation renters. Disappointing and misleading.
